Lucas Perez, Executive Chef of the Maison's three restaurants, Thibaut Decosse, Chef of La Ferme d'Hubert, and Mathias di Lauro, Head Sommelier, are cooking up a high-flying wine dinner.
On the programme: discover the Swiss vineyards around a 6-course menu in the presence of 3 renowned winemakers: Valentina Andrei, Alexandre Delétraz and Reto Müller.
Exceptional products, original pairings and meetings with our guest winemakers and our team will punctuate this wonderful evening.
