In 2012, she took over the reins of the hotel, continuing the family legacy as the fourth generation at the helm. With an approach that is both scientific and intuitive, she instils an innovative vision, blending heritage and modernity in a constant quest for excellence.
Hotel Manager As head of operations, Céline orchestrates all the hotel's services with passion and excellence. After seven years as Operations Manager, she took to the skies to pursue new projects as a hotel management consultant and trainer in CSR and the art of breakfast. Now back at Patricia's side, she is putting to good use her deep attachment to the House and its values, with the aim of elevating it to an exceptional level of customer-focused hospitality.
